1. ZIRKON

ArgenZ color HT discs

The material offers significant optical advantages for veneering in the anterior tooth region. ArgenZ color HT Discs, which are technically advanced and finely pigmented, ensure consistent and precise color matching. This not only shortens the coloring process for full-contour designs but also guarantees reproducibility. The reliable basic toning provides a precise foundation for ceramic technicians to further process veneering frameworks.

IPS e.max ZirCAD

Monolithic crowns and bridge restorations, along with aesthetic frameworks for individual ceramic veneers, can be produced using this material. With light transmission increased by up to 64% and tooth-friendly, minimally invasive preparation allowing for wall thicknesses as thin as 0.4 mm, fully anatomical restorations achieve natural aesthetics.

Noritake Katana Zirconia

The KATANA Zirconia ML Discs are renowned as the first polychrome high-performance zirconium blanks manufactured on an industrial scale with unwavering quality. These zirconium discs, pre-colored with a smooth color gradient, exhibit natural transitions of tooth enamel, dentin, and tooth shades. They are seamlessly integrated into the daily milling process in laboratories equipped with milling machines. This results in an attractive, natural color gradient immediately evident upon use.

2. PMMA

ArgenP Multi Discs

ArgenP multi discs are crafted using a special polymerization process that results in a homogeneous high-molecular material. They are compatible with nearly all milling systems, ensuring versatility in laboratory applications. With minimal residual monomer content and very low water absorption, these discs are easy to process and polish post-milling. Additionally, they can be individually combined with all light-curing composites and colors, offering flexibility and customization in dental restorations.

DD Bio Splint P HI

The DD Bio Splint P HI blanks are made from a thermoplastic acrylic polymer (based on methyl methacrylate/PMMA), free of toxic and allergenic substances, making them ideal for creating bite splints. Utilizing the CAD/CAM process, these blanks ensure a perfect fit without the need for post-processing. The combination of the DD Argus scanning system and the DD Bite Splint module from Dental Direkt Designer by exocad® allows for designing splints with customized surfaces. Thanks to the advanced manufacturing process, the material is completely free of distortion and tension, ensuring an optimal fit.

3. Colado CAD CoCr4

Colado CAD CoCr4 is a versatile material used for producing individual crowns and bridges of any span, tailored for ceramic veneering. It is also applicable in cone and telescope technology, as well as primary and secondary parts, implant constructions, adhesive bridges, all-cast crowns, and all-cast bridges. This high-quality CoCr alloy (type 4) is engineered for all VMK technology applications, offering excellent processing reliability and outstanding mechanical properties. The material is biocompatible, as the blanks are free from nickel and beryllium. It also boasts extremely good mechanical properties, ensuring the most precise fit and high resistance to corrosion and temperature variations.

4. Colado CAD Ti5

Colado CAD Ti5 is a high-performance material used for various dental restorations. It is suitable for single crowns in both the anterior and posterior regions and for bridge frameworks in the anterior region (up to three contiguous pontics with a connector cross-section of 6 mm²) and the posterior region (up to three contiguous pontics with a connector cross-section of 9 mm²). This material boasts high mechanical properties, excellent biocompatibility, and good corrosion resistance.Colado CAD Ti5 offers high hardness and breaking strength values, ensuring very precise fits. Its low density contributes to good wearing comfort, and its low thermal conductivity adds to the comfort for the patient.

5. WAX

Our dental wax is an excellent choice for several reasons. It is easy to mill, providing clear visibility during the process thanks to its excellent contrast. The wax does not lubricate, ensuring clean and precise cuts. With a low expansion coefficient, it remains dimensionally stable and accurate, even for large projects. It burns out without leaving any residue, making it perfect for creating lost molds in casting technology. Additionally, its high melting point, rapid processing capability, and non-static properties make it both efficient and reliable for dental restorations.
