01. Our Milling Technology
Our state-of-the-art milling center utilizes five-axis simultaneous milling technology to create dental frameworks of exceptional quality. Crafted on industrial-grade machines, these frameworks are renowned for their precise construction and outstanding precision.Equipped with sophisticated four to five-axis high-speed cutting (HSC) milling systems and a broad range of base materials, we can quickly deliver precisely milled dental products tailored to your needs.
Laser measurement
Using radius and laser measurement technology, we precisely measure each tool before it is used. This is essential because deviations in diameters can occur due to wear or manufacturing tolerances. Our laser measurement systems detect these deviations prior to starting any work.Should these measurements exceed or fall short of specified tolerances, our machine control system automatically adjusts the milling paths. This ensures that we consistently deliver the highest level of precision and quality to our patients.

Its numerous automated features make it straightforward to use.With WorkNC, the automatic generation of milling paths can be accomplished in just a few minutes, significantly saving time. 02. Dental Designer 3shape
Flexible and Customizable
The Dental Designer 3shape software offers flexibility and customization in CAD design, with an automatic feature for recognizing preparation boundaries. Users can manually modify designs at any point, allowing for the creation of a diverse array of dental restorations.Functionality and aesthetic perfection are key features of the Dental Designer 3shape, enabling efficient and precise modeling. It also offers the option to calculate veneers.
The software supports the design of crown and bridge frameworks up to 16 units and allows for the customization of occlusal surfaces using predefined library teeth. The integrated dental manager streamlines the entire production process.
This design software uses 3D scans of a patient’s oral cavity as input data, capturing detailed triangulated scans of all preparations, opposing jaws, and gingiva. The CAD scanner automatically prevents undercuts, ensuring that the progression and inner surfaces of crowns are precisely calculated and tailored to fit our tools. Additionally, all crown restorations can be individually and anatomically customized using the CAD scanner, enhancing both fit and function.
